A Leading-Edge California Bill Proposal, That Fully Outlaws Organized Stalking, is Currently Under Review by Lawmakers

In an article describing how the FBI persuades corrupt Federal Magistrate Judges (FMJ) to issue fraudulent court orders against people of integrity and whistleblowers they wish to destroy by making them targets of Fusion Center Surveillance and stealth-weapon “monitoring,” Sosbee describes how local police become pawns in this mission:

“All police and all private security companies are especially reminded not to interfere with the secret orders of a fmj. With any effort to defend the Target against the order, the licensed investigator or police officer loses his license or is fired through contempt orders.”

A writer from Anonymous has published an article about this. They will do what they can to block this story from main stream media as they are under the control of the deep state.

WWII veterans including my father who was Navy UDT and witnessed the devastation caused by our bad decision to use nuclear weapons were very proud of the Nuremberg Principles, but now those in control of the government of the United States has turned their back on them in nearly every way. Our country violates many world laws and commits crimes against Humanity including against their own people. It did not start with Donald Trump, the last few presidents participated and with each election it gets worse.

In the United States the police have been militarized in many ways including psychologically. They are directed to slander all citizens who complain of these atrocities therefore compounding the damage that has been done to us. There is no law enforcement defending us from this evil, they do not use harassment or stalking laws to help stop these crimes. Many police do not even know about this because they use those with sociopathic characteristics to do police gangstalking or receive the diverted phone calls from targets to gaslight and prevent police reports. It is said there is a black thread running through all law enforcement agencies. All of the police or fake police involved in this, aka government contractors should be in prison. The inmates are running our government agencies, they all have succumb to control by federal agencies such as the FBI, CIA, NSA, none are able to make independent judgements or decisions that are moral or they will suffer consequences. 

 

In the United States where people pretend we are a democracy and the citizen's needs are met when both are a lie we can't even get bills making workplace bullying a crime passed. Those workplace bullying bills have been submitted over and over with little result because the corporate oligarchy wants to be able to use the workplace for torturing targeted people and preventing their workers from organizing. Government contractors who are paid to torture people for the government or hired by corporations or the wealthy to target a specific person do not want workplace bullying to be illegal, it is one of the main components of organized harassment programs aka gangstalking. Workplace bullying often is not just a stand alone attack on an individual, generally they are also being stalked, harassed, sabotaged, tortured with directed energy weapons in the community and their own homes if they haven't been made homeless yet. 

Part of the program is to financially devastate the target, destroying their career or causing them to be unemployed in a difficult and poor paying job market. Workplace bullying is often a first step to other parts of the program to happen, loss of a job causes no health care, no home, no car, homelessness, loss of children, etc.The only place a person whose life has been financially devastated can get health care is what I call, clinics of incompetence, either state or federally funded/state run clinics. Immigrants are brought to this country and assisted to get an education and citizen status if they pay back favors, some are health care providers such as MDs. They are contacted with false information or told to misdiagnose the target depending on the situation. Other health care providers who are incompetent will be contacted with false information and a mental health misdiagnosis is made to further devastate the life of and discredit the target. HIPPA be damned these slanderous misdiagnoses are then spread around the community and to government agencies to be used as a weapon against the target. With little money to hire a competent health care provider it is hard to disprove the lies. Even if one finds a way to see a competent un-compromised one the desk staff will be recruited to sabotage the relationship. 

I have had Google searches manipulated to funnel me to certain places in many different categories, housing and health care are the two main categories where they fix the searches. I ended up going for counseling with a psychologist in an office right next door to G4S, later I recognized some of the people and their trucks, white with white covers on the truck beds putting something out of black cases into a motorhome close to my apartment.  Yes, and the office staff sabotaged the relationship with the psychologist. Interesting when these things happen almost all of the players disappear at the same time. I had no idea at the time what G4S was and no they aren't a company that just supplies security guards. The Orlando shooter, Omar Mateen worked for G4S.

This proposal was made, Dr. Shibata states, on the basis of complaints to human rights groups from high numbers of residents across California from various cities including San Diego, Berkeley, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto, and others, of “organized covert torture” whereby, in lieu of outright abduction, victims are kept under constant control of the covert torture organizations by organized stalking, sustained surreptitious monitoring, cyberstalking, and stealth physical assault and battery with radiation weaponry such as microwave/radar surveillance weapons.
 

 

Here in Boise Idaho there are a large number of losers who are used in the Army of Weaponized Morons for the harassment. I was just made homeless again after being tortured at the Civic Plaza Apartments for a year, this is a HUD subsidized property, they did nothing and diverted my phone calls to their phoney-bologne fair housing council. Many illegal actions are happening on that property, the City of Boise and the federal agencies are allowing it. The Boise Police Department assisted the Weaponized Morons by not doing their jobs to protect me or other targets and some participated in the harassment, this includes not allowing me to file police reports and their own defamation of my character, MULTIPLE TIMES. They also did the SOP police and other first responder harassment with vehicles and it continues. All the government agencies are involved in the harassment as the sociopathic ones are recruited by offering them something they want. This also involved motorhomes in the trailer park of the hospital next door to the apartments where G4S also had their not lived in motorhome parked for months. 

Hospitals have FEMA and HHS gangstalking related contacts along with Infragard influence, which is the link from the FBI to the community and corporations. It is very likely G4S is not the primary government contractor involved, the primary is possibly a security contractor in Kentucky owned by Dakota Meyer who was formerly married to Bristol Palin. Their divorce is possibly a school play for profit. It is clear a long term operation was in play by them to set Shawn Christy up, during that time I had an organized harassment program being worked on me. This was done in part for an idiotic reality show Bristol Palin was trying to get on. They knew I would support the Christys and write about what was going on due to having done so many times since 2009. I also can connect dots and see patterns which isn't all that hard when dealing with sub-geniuses.

It is very obvious much of what happened while Shawn Christy was on the run for three months due to refusing to accept the Brady Violations in a completely set up and false case was orchestrated. I believe the operation that was begun against me here in Boise was done to make it difficult for me to write and support the Christys along with the program to cause me to die ASAP. I was just very ill for several weeks, sleeping in a car during a time of year when the weather gets down into the 20s, it's only going to get colder. You helped that happen City of Boise, especially the Boise Police Department. The police are supposed to stop harassment, not participate in it and most certainly not assist in causing a person to have to live in a car. Shame on all of you. 

It is nearly impossible for victims of these crimes against humanity funded by the government of this country and others to get assistance because of the discrediting part of the program, the false information spread by the government on every level and the attacks to prevent those who know the truth from telling the public. When you call the police they send a team with some damn social worker and a cop who will not allow a police report to be filed. If I push for a police report they do not document the evidence, in fact they refuse to with sour looks on their faces.

The police are compromised, not all of them, but some are either paid, promised something or compromised in some way to manipulate their cooperation. The rest are utterly clueless and join in with the community mobbing. Police are told they will lose their license to operate as a cop through some kind of set up if they do not cooperate or whistleblow the operations. I believe this happened to a cop in Alaska related to my being set up for wrongful imprisonment three days after filing an appeal by corrupt officers of the court from Nome/Kotzebue and corrupt Alaska State Troopers out of Anchor Point, in an extraordinarily corrupt case. Much of the evidence was disappeared in that case by the Alaska State Troopers, the cop was made station chief in Soldotna, most of the players get promotions or appointments. Then he got a DUI and for three months no charge. Then when I tried to get the photographic evidence he took, it was disappeared, he said like they always do they will figure out what happened and call me back, then I never hear from them. Then he quietly was gone, poof. What is the real story? 

The police gaslighting me and harassing me along with many other agencies and the Army of Weaponized Morons are reasons why I began to wear a body camera. When I filed a complaint about an abusive cop in an incident where I called the police for help and got abused I filed a complaint with the Police Oversight Office and they did not process it until I took other action. I now realize the whole incident was a set up. That is SOP for targets, they just put our complaints into files and do not process them. 

I had a cop tell me they don't believe my stories, the same exact things that happen to me are being reported by people all over the world. We start telling the same stories before we even know what it is or that other people have made videos and have written about it. The police departments are used to enhance the torture and cover it up along with city halls. The intelligence units at the state police are used for these operations along with Fusion Centers. Many police departments have black units that break into homes and do horrible things to freak out the target, make them ill or cause damage. Many construction contractors are involved in these crimes for extra money.

I believe one of the reasons for a lack of affordable housing is to make the homelessness part of the organized harassment work better for the psychopaths running the programs. If there is very little housing and they have control of what little there is, effecting homelessness in an attempt to torture and cause the slow death of a target it is easier for them. Uncompromised landlords are also a problem for them so the government gives loans to corrupt corporations, and psychopathic types are always in charge of them.  If a target applies to rent an apartment where the handlers can't torture them they sabotage it by contacting the manager and telling them lies. Then it's, oh that apartment was rented, but when you call them with a different phone number it is not. People looking for jobs say the same things happen.

The below post describes part of what went on in the beginning of the more organized type of harassment. I wrote this for the department of public safety in Alaska. There was some done in Nome which included officers of the court, cops, hospital staff and people in the community. That was around the time they were going around trying to get the Fusion Centers and Intelligence Units at the State Police accepted, they told leaders in communities they could put people they did not like on lists and have them tortured. I was a whistleblower at a hospital with a doctor massively over-prescribing narcotics, I told all parties who needed to know and they did nothing about it, but allowed them to destroy my career, give me PTSD, become suicidal and then get criminal charges secondary to that. They did not do universal precautions, the flight nurses were not trained, continuing education was not happening at all and the Native people were being treated like crap just to name a few of the problems. 

 

There was also a huge cop problem there, they dumped drunks on me in the two cart ER who sometimes assaulted me. There are also massive rapes in that region and all of Alaska due to lack of law enforcement or idiotic decisions by them. The cops in Nome refused to arrest many of the men, I was very much at odds with them. A cop had murdered a young Native woman not long before I arrived there and many of them were still trying to pick up the girls while on duty. I had something to say about that too. 

 

When I left Alaska the gangstalking continued in Homer Alaska and everywhere I have gone. The police have participated in it, not all of them as they use those with sociopathic characteristics, no morals and being stupid helps. Everywhere I go I am slandered with false psych claims by people such as cops who have no fucking idea what in the hell they are even talking about.Why do you think there is a push to partner the police with mental health care? Why do you think they are giving them "training" in mental health? It is done to make what they say more credible, it takes years of college and practical experience to be able to diagnose and understand mental health issues, it is very complex. Cops are not mental health professionals and as far as I am concerned Social Workers do not have the education or training to diagnose considering what I witnessed as an RN and experienced as a person with PTSD.

They seek criminal charges and prison sentences for police who refuse to allow people to file police reports, slander people with false psychiatric complaints and in general act like the Boise Police Department who participates with the contractors who commit these crimes against humanity in the community.

 

Targets are traumatized therefore many of us have PTSD from years of being tortured, that makes us a vulnerable population, but the police assist in the operations to slow kill us, the intention is to cause suicide or death from a secondary problem to trauma, chemical dependency. This kind of psychological torture also causes shootings to occur. 

 

Bill Proposal Seeks to Curtail and Penalize Law Enforcement Officers in Organized Torture/Stalking

 

Noting therefore the involvement of some Law Enforcement in Organized Stalking and Organized Covert Torture activities, the bill proposal seeks punitive consequences of higher fines and longer term imprisonments for police/Peace Officers found guilty of violating the bill’s proposed laws against Organized Torture and Stalking.
An added aspect considers especially vulnerable populations. The bill proposal seeks to rout out Peace Officer complicity with Organized Torture organizations to prevent abusive discrimination against vulnerable populations, like child abuse survivors and psychologically-disabled residents, who are being intentionally selected for Organized Torture. Victimizing of such protected classes would incur further penalties for any participating Peace Officer, making him civilly and criminally liable for any injury sustained and indeed personally liable — not indemnified, that is, able to rely on taxpayer monies — to pay compensation to victims.  

 

These crimes against humanity are being perpetrated all over the world. The police do nothing and part of them participate. This bill would charge them with crimes for doing nothing and for saying we are crazy. As far as I am concerned they should all be in prison. The Nuremberg Principles are discussed, but the United States has gone narcissistic capitalist empire to the extent they are torturing their own people. This is being done for many reasons, by many different entities, some not the government, but the government is paying for it. It costs a huge amount of money to gangstalk one person. As capitalism dies the resources are all looted by the elites, at this time massive numbers of government contractors are being created to steal the tax payer money while sadistic psychopaths put together torture programs for them to fulfill, cut assistance programs, deny health care, let our infrastructure fall apart, steal DOD money and destroy education. This is also what privatizing is about. 

They used the dregs of society to do the boots on the ground gangstalking, I believe part of the program is these sociopathic idiots are being experimented on and controlled as they would participate in rising up due to no housing, food, jobs etc. It is part of an economy like a drug cartel, a new kind of welfare for scumbags by creating a new kind of human trafficking of good people. We are used as prey to keep the Walking Dead at bay. It is also being used to experiment on the targets but also to make the intelligent, moral whistleblower types who take action to stop the massive crimes in our government unable to function on their normal level, cause us to die younger and discredit what we say.

These crimes against humanity are happening all over the world and our country is running programs against people in other countries to control world politics and grass roots movements. Behold two courageous and ethical women, the worlds needs as many women like them as we can get. BTW, 60% of targeted individuals are women, the intelligent, independent types.

I have had most of the same experiences, but instead of socks it was my vegetable peeler...this was done by retired cop Greg Russell in Soldotna Alaska and again at the Civic Plaza Apartments in Boise Idaho. I also had the screws left on the floor of my apartment, at first I thought, what has this fallen off of and the cat must have been playing cat hockey with it, that is why it's in the middle of the living room. I had no idea it was happening to others. This happened again in Meridian Idaho while the State Police were creeping their cars around me. I had to walk a long distance after taking the bus due to a crap bus system and they stalked me, parked their cars in my path, then there were screws on the sidewalk, the same ones Greg Russell used, with some extra thing on them. If I stopped at a thrift store a crazy woman would show up and do a directed conversation op. This was part of an operation to try and keep me from going to the Continuum of Care meeting, about homelessness planning. Often cops would show up at the meeting, one time it was right after I arrived. Then they told a BS story as cover. It went on for several weeks that they would either be sitting in the back of the room or giving a presentation or having the BPD social worker give a presentation. The meeting rather than being held in Boise where there was better transportation, not good, just better was held in Meridian which is nearly impossible for homeless people to attend due to the only buses are ones that stop there just driving through to another place. Assholiness abounds. Obviously City Hall in Boise Idaho is quite abusive to homeless people as they are the ones the SCOTUS told to stop arresting homeless people for sleeping outside.
