First responders are used all over the United States and in other countries to stalk and harass good people. One of the reasons for more sociopaths being hired by police, fire, highway and other government departments is they have no empathy, may be sadistic, enjoy being cruel, may be idiots, are stuck in a developmental stage around early adolescence and have a pathological ability to lie.
