Normally I know better than to put my hands on the door as they will place drugs and toxic substances on doors of targets of harassment programs. I assumed it was from management before getting out my glasses to read it, but that was a dumb assumption on my part as they were supposed to tell me if they are painting or using flooring glue etc., what a joke and then they lie and say they did later. I was notified once or twice only. It is a sticky note but has some substance on it which is not the normal sticky part. This is about several articles written in response to a police department in Connecticut issuing a press release about gangstalking activity in New Haven CT in 2017. Here in Boise Idaho the police department participates in gangstalking and takes no action to investigate or protect citizens from these heinous crimes, no instead they participate in them.
