They have vague blurbs about services and products and listings of staff from military, intelligence agencies, law enforcement and other security contractors which make it much clearer. The ASBC would probably say this is just the name of their training event to teach government contractors how to stalk contracts. I am sure that is true, but considering there are by now at least 10,000 contractors now engaged in stalking and harassing, including killing targets for the government and their clients seem to be based in that industry the name of their conferences has a double meaning. Many of them are retired from law enforcement and intelligence agencies using their family and sometimes friends as staff. The gangstalkers we see doing street theater, noise harassment, chemical harassment, stalking with cars, etc. are losers that make up the army of weaponized morons, America's brownshirts. Many of them are from community watch type programs, here in Boise it is called Neighborhood Watch and Boise Police Department and other government agencies participate in stalking and harassment.
These are innocent people, good people they are sadistically harming for profit, those who want to make the world a better place are being destroyed. We live in a psychopathocracy, the psychopaths who have captured our country, many in the CIA, other intelligence agencies, the FBI, many in Congress and the Senate, staff in the the White House, many at corporations, some in other countries seek to eliminate those who would tell the truth about what is going on or expose them to prosecution or work for an uprising to stop this madness.
You only have to look at one thing to figure this out, the defense budget, money is taken from citizens and given to the war profiteers in huge amounts while those who need assistance can't get help and programs are being cut, housing costs are so high people who work full time are homeless, people are hungry, people have no health care, the country's infrastructure is falling apart, young people have a hell of a time going to college due to the high cost and the Constitution is damn near dead. There is a massive amount of that war budget which is missing, most likely it was spent on contracts to gangstalk innocent citizens here in the dying empire which is morphing into a totalitarian government.Why is that money not being used to benefit the people of this country?

It is interesting to note that groups are used, particularly cultish religious groups, but they know nothing about the teachings of their religions. Other groups are used such as Masons and in my case Mormons, Jehovahs Witnesses and some wacky evangelical group. It is all a part of the community policing and Infragard components of this crime network or cabal as many call them.

Our government pays them to do these things to innocent people, it is a kind of slow murder.
This is not ethcial, it is unethical, but the people they use to do the boots on the ground stalking, neighbors put in place in apartments to harass someone, neighbors who were already in place recruited, street theater everywhere we go, the directed conversations, the FBI boxing (drivers surrounding cars to block them, slow them down and harass or to cause accidents) of drivers are too immoral or too stupid to understand the criminal acts they perpetrate against innocent citizens in their brownshirt brigade and that is why they were chosen. The general description of those chosen for gangstalking is they are in general losers. They harm others without empathy or conscience and were intentionally selected for their sociopathic and idiot characteristics.

Just like the economy in Mexico being run largely off drug trade, the United States now has a human trafficking economy put in place for the losers. Many have seen how the security contractors have gotten millions to keep children taken from immigrant parents in concentration camp type conditions. That is a type of human trafficking. There are probably about 10,000 security contractors in the United States now getting large amounts of money from the federal government to stalk and harass innocent citizens. That money that was supposed to have been lost from the DOD is most certainly being spent on this program which is very similar to what the NAZIs did, then the STASI perfected, then the KGB used and our CIA has used all over the world to help take down countries. Through all the past versions of this human torture program designed to destroy people they did not have the electronics used on us now. The cell phones have built in software used to track us, listen to us and watch what we are doing in real time, same with computers. This software is not removable, I have tried. This was used in Iraq to make Iraqi soldiers think God was telling them to put down their weapons, it worked. The non-military use is for psychological torture of the victim and helps the criminals facilitate a mental health diagnosis to discredit them and get them into a locked psych facility.

I got my cell phone out and turned on the camera to get a picture. The Asian man driving the car immediately slammed on the brakes, the bus kept rolling and he then accelerated and turned into a large parking area for a government building. I had no idea what that could be. Now I do. Probably a Stingray or DRTbox or both since there seemed to be two devices.
