First responders are used all over the United States and in other countries to stalk and harass good people. One of the reasons for more sociopaths being hired by police, fire, highway and other government departments is they have no empathy, may be sadistic, enjoy being cruel, may be idiots, are stuck in a developmental stage around early adolescence and have a pathological ability to lie. The departments get grants from the federal government as long as they cooperate with government harassment programs and first responders get paid extra money to participate which means that yes, the chief of police, the mayor and the city council knows it is happening in most cases. Police and firemen also often belong to the Masons and other organizations which stalk and harass innocent people, sometimes they even use fake police cars, using old cop cars bought at auctions.
For those who do not know about gangstalking, the first responders use their vehicles to harass. This means tax payers are unknowingly supporting the psychological torture of people. I have experienced them driving by, turning on lights and sirens as they go by me and then turning them off. It is often done in pairs in Boise, two cop cars, a cop car and a fire engine, two ambulances, etc. For almost a year every time I walked downtown and got close to, right at or just past Capitol and Front two Boise Police cars drove by, they tried to get as close to side by side or one behind the other as traffic would allow. Other things were done at that intersection like an idiot yelling across the street to me or someone dancing or a guy acting odd in some other way. Close to where I live at Broadway and Front many strange things happened which included first responder harassment. They also use cops on bicycles or just have police cars parked, always two cars, and standing as I go by. On the Greenbelt trail in Boise they use their community policing people in carts to harass, they show up when I'm around. I call them old farts in carts. Community policing is not exactly what people think it is, neither are our government agencies which have secondary hidden agendas.
