I am not just homeless but also a targeted individual. One of their goals for disruption, discrediting and to kill of off early is to make us homeless, that gives them access to do their psychological torture operations, in homeless shelters, when we sleep in a car on the street, in libraries, while we are walking, if we stay in a hotel and while making purchases in Infraguard member stores. The federal government has a data base for tracking the homeless to help them gather information on targets for their street theater, vehicle harassment, etc. The police have direct access to the homeless so psychological torture from the police is used, they show up at soup kitchens, parks, homeless shelters, the police just park wherever I do and menace me, harass me at laundromats, then don't do their jobs when crimes are reported against a target. This video is about a worldwide event from last August protesting the lack of governments helping people who are victims of a holocaust. Law enforcement rather than arrest these torturers, criminals and murderers participate in the gangstalking themselves. It is orchestrated by having people put on false watchlists, using false FISA Warrants. It only takes two people to get someone on a list, especially if it's cops who make the false reports. Jameel Rawls is a targeted individual whose videos I watched for several months and then he disappeared. He is intelligent and creative. He did not let the gangstalking get to him, he talked to those involved, studied what was going on and began to teach others how to survive it. He had a good attitude. He also seemed like a really nice person. I have only watched his videos so can't offer a real opinion due to not interacting with him. The disappearance was due to being incarcerated due to what sounds like the typical set up for false arrest and imprisonment, frequent ops done on those who are targeted. I made a video about just one part of the massive corruption and organized harassment op against me at the Civic Plaza Apts in Boise Idaho managed and owned by Steadfast Management. It took quite a bit of work and was posted to YouTube on July 30th, then emailed to the appropriate agencies. There has been no response at all. Not one of them has contacted me, just like they did not listen when it was happening. I have a lot more to publishing to do. I have been made homeless several times. Here in Boise it was HUD subsidized housing and an Army of Weaponized Morons, they are also Weaponized Sociopaths. In Soldotna Alaska it was USDA RD subsidized housing, organized by a corrupt cop. That corrupt cop, Greg Russell actually used elderly women, some with dementia as gangstalkers. He did not just go after me, he used gangstalking for his and his wife's personal narcissistic vendetta against the manager and maintenance man. It was nice at those apts for a short time, then the old managers moved on to retirement and the Russells were hired. It is not done because the target is engaged in crimes, it is done to set up the operations and psychologically torture the victim of these crimes by letting them know they are under surveillance 24/7. From January of this year: A FB Post From December 29th 2015, Constant Trauma of the Homeless in Boise Idaho, the Library Should Be Called One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest   For a long time I called the second floor of the downtown library, Monkey Town. It has gotten better, but the gangstalking operation occurs all over the library even in the bathroom, even by one of the staff who often works on the 3rd floor. In a couple emails below are the letters BW, indicating, bitchwoman. This is an expression from when I was a critical care nurse, as in, if you call doctor so and so you better be a bitchwoman or he won't come in and your patient will die.  These emails were from a few weeks before I left Alaska due to people following, harassing and trying to provoke me. I knew nothing about gangstalking/ government harassment programs then and assumed it was all about security for the Arctic Conference to be held the end of August in 2015.
