Organized stalking/Cointelpro/Gov Harassment Programs/Zersetzen/Gangstalking/Targeted/Boise ID

For me the organized harassment aka gangstalking is done both on the NSA/Fusion Center/State Dept/Military level and local level. I have been a serial whistleblower about things that involve crimes committed or abuses of people on the federal level. Doing the right thing for your country, your fellow citizens, having morals, especially telling the truth is considered terrorism in the United States and other FVEY countries. In Boise I am an activist and was a whistleblower to the US Courts about the conditions and abuses at the Interfaith Sanctuary. I was intentionally abused in that shelter by a former director and other staff. This is psychological warfare used against people who get in the way of evil intentions by telling the truth or pronouncing they have rights insured them by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. This is what goes on in Boise. I put a list of the possible scumbags who did this in the video, I'm fighting a war for the heart and soul of this country while being treated like a traitor. I did recognize the voice of one of them, but with gangstalking they do mimics to make people think it is someone else doing it in order to cause problems. Since gangstalkers are chosen because of their sociopathic characteristics they are cowards. They waited until it was dark to make videos more difficult. Over a long period of time I have been harassed by multiple entities of Boise Idaho and Ada County and the federal government agencies, HUD in particular plays lots of sick games. The police, the fire department, Ada County Highway Department, Zoo Employees, library staff all the way to the top, some city road crews, oligarchic corporations who are members of Infragard and non-profits, the one connected to HUD, the Intermountain Fair Housing Council along with the Interfaith Sanctuary, a homeless shelter were the worst. This includes construction crews who have even set up fake road construction scenarios or added onto real ones to cause problems, flooded a convenience store whenever I went there no matter the time of day. From January of this year: A FB Post From December 29th 2015, Constant Trauma of the Homeless in Boise Idaho, the Library Should Be Called One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest   For a long time I called the second floor of the downtown library, Monkey Town. It has gotten better, but the gangstalking operation occurs all over the library even in the bathroom, even by one of the staff who often works on the 3rd floor. First night he walked around the building next to where I park a few times. I was like, whatever crazy man, then put covers over my windows and got ready for the night. Second night a guy came barrel assing up behind my vehicle and slid in close. I then went around the block and parked behind him documenting his license plate. I accidentally got a video of the stalker from the night before walking around the building again and mentioned a man was doing that on a video. Third night he went around the building several times, I just got video of a couple times due to the battery crapping out on the camera. As I drove in his white minivan was sitting with the hood up. He walked around the building with the hood of his car up. I did not notice the car the previous two nights, but it could have been around the area. I parked my car along a road in the park system in Boise Idaho. Often I am drinking coffee, on an electronic device, etc. Frequently the Army of Weaponized Morons shows up to do strange things. This is street theater one of the tactics used for organized harassment, gangstalking, Zersetzen (STASI OP), American Operation Phoenix, Cointelpro, D & D (disrupt and discredit) and many other names. The video is at the bottom. This is directed conversation in the form of notes. Weeks before the harassment documented in this post I found this note on my door. Just this nothing else. Normally I know better than to put my hands on the door as they will place drugs and toxic substances on doors of targets of harassment programs. I assumed it was from management before getting out my glasses to read it, but that was a dumb assumption on my part as they were supposed to tell me if they are painting or using flooring glue etc., what a joke and then they lie and say they did later.
